What this site is
This website is an information and enquiry tool. It describes the Nook Plunge range of precast concrete plunge pools and lets you send us an enquiry.
This site is not a contract of sale. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. A supply of a pool is governed by the written quotation and contract we provide to you separately, and where that contract differs from anything on this site, the contract applies.
Information on this site is indicative
We take reasonable care with what we publish, but product information on this website is general in nature and may change without notice.
In particular: model dimensions, depths, water capacities, finishes, inclusions, equipment and lead times shown on this site are indicative only. Do not rely on them for design, engineering, council approval, fencing, landscaping or any other decision. Ask us for the current written specification for your project and rely on that.
Where a page says a detail is still to be confirmed, that is exactly what it means. Treat it as absent rather than as a commitment.
The price estimator
The estimator on this site does not calculate or display a price. It collects information about your project and sends it to us so that a person can prepare a price for you.
Any figure we later give you is a quotation on the terms stated in that quotation, and is subject to a site assessment. Site conditions we could not have known about, including access, ground conditions, services and levels, may change what a job costs.
Your enquiry
When you submit a form, you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to give it to us. If you provide the address of a property, you confirm you are entitled to enquire about work at that property.
We handle what you send us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to send automated or bulk submissions, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to interfere with its operation. We may block access to anyone who does.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, layout and the Nook Plunge name and marks, belongs to Nook pools group pty Ltd or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a purchase. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
